Welcome to the Sugar Grove Health Center (SGHC) Family Practice website. Since 2008, we are providing medical care to families in Sugar Grove, Elburn, Big Rock, Montgomery, Yorkville, Oswego, Aurora, North Aurora, Kaneville and other several other surrounding cities.
I am board certified in family medicine and I also include holistic medicine in patient care. Family Physicians are trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Office surgery, Psychiatry and Family Counseling. We are the only medical specialty that provides comprehensive medical care regardless of age, sex or nature of the illness. (See our services provided page). Our patient age range from new born babies to older than 90 yr old patients.
Our practice is unique because it provides even better care by including nutrition therapies and supplementation therapies. I provide counseling about the individualized requirement of the patients for vitamins and minerals and include them in my practice.
We are conveniently located behind Jewel Osco at the Northeast Corner of Rt 47 and Galena Blvd. We are open 5 days a week and provide some evening hours. We offer same day or next day appointment. Our motto is ” Medicine with Modern Technology and Common Sense”
