Welcome to the Sugar Grove Health Center (SGHC) Family Practice website. We are committed to delivering, high quality primary care to families living in and around Sugar Grove.

I am board certified in Family Medicine and Holistic Medicine. Family Physicians are trained in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Office surgery, Psychiatry and Family Counseling. Family practice is the only medical specialty that provides comprehensive medical care regardless of age, sex or nature of the illness. (See our services provided page). It is unique in that it is concerned with the family as a unit and how family interaction affects health. Our patient age range from new born babies to older than 90 yr old patients. Our practice is unique because it provides even better care by including nutrition therapies and supplementation therapies. I provide counseling about the individualized requirement of the patients for vitamins and minerals and include them in my practice.

We are conveniently located behind Jewel Osco at the Northeast Corner of Rt 47 and Galena Blvd. We are open 5 days a week and provide some evening hours. We offer same day or next day appointment. Utilizing state-of-the-art electronic medical record we have complete patient data at our fingertips to enable us to monitor your health care needs more closely.
